The panel was fired at above 1,000 degrees. Glaze and engobes from BOTZ were used in the production of this plate.

I accept returns only in one case: when damage or breakage that occurred during transportation is discovered during delivery and unpacking. In this case, the transport company must confirm this damage to the product. This is a standard and simple procedure on the part of the transport company. All you have to do is take photos, shoot a video and send these materials to the transport company. They must confirm this fact and then I will either refund your money or send you a new product without damage.
